What should I do if the USB C docking station gets hot during use?
Don’t worry, 0℃ – 50℃ is a normal and reasonable range. The more types and number of interfaces the HUB has, the stronger the processing power of the chip and the greater the heat generation. Not a quality problem, please feel relieved about usage.
What laptops will this docking station work with?
As long as your laptop’s USB C port is a full-function port(supports data transmission, video display, and PD charging). Such as Thunderbolt 3/4, USB4, Type C 3.1/3.2 Gen 2 (with Power Delivery and DisplayPort).
Why doesn’t the HDMI port work?
1. Please check what functions your laptop’s built-in USB C port supports.
2. Check your HDMI cable(HDMI to HDMI).
3.Check whether the monitor is disconnected. If disconnected, connect it manually.
Why is the PD port charging slow?
1. Check whether there is a charging mark.
2. If your laptop requires a higher wattage charger, it may charge slowly or not at all.
3. Some Dell/HP laptops do not allow third-party chargers to charge them. Please check if there are any errors.
