Roasted Garlic & Rosemary Leg of Lamb Recipe
( Prep: 5 Minutes, Cook: 2 hours 30 Minutes )
Ingredients:
3 pound Leg of Lamb2 Tablespoons Roasted Garlic & Rosemary Sea Salt Spice Blend2 Tablespoons Olive Oil1 Cup Water
Place 3 pound leg of lamb in a roaster pan.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Combine 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil & 2 Tablespoons Roasted Garlic & Rosemary Sea Salt Spice Blend into a paste.Rub paste over the leg of lamb.Pour 1 cup Water around the lamb and roast for 1 hour.Remove roast from the oven, add a second 1 cup water, cover with foil.Return to the oven and cook for 1 more hour.Remove foil and cook for 30 minutes more.
